I equate my high school years with the era of No Limit Records. They had an endless roster of rappers, and the label seemed to produce a new album every six weeks. After seemingly falling off the face of the earth, one of my favorite No Limit rappers is back with a new single.

Yes, Silkk the Shocker, best known for rapping to the imaginary beat in his head and his feature on Mya’s single, “Moving On,” recently released “Fast Livin’” on his nephew, Lil Romeo’s, No Limit Forever record label. And while Silkk is still rapping off beat, the single is not half bad. You can check out the video below. Can you believe Master P is still grunting “No Limit” over the track? Some things never change.
